Hi, I’m Candice Kassin, Marketing Communications Coordinator at BAC for the last three years, and a newbie in terms of BAC employees. Speaking of new, the Marketing Communications department has played a large part in launching this new website. Relevant content is why you are here, and we have created a website to give you as much relevant information as possible. Through our newly organized knowledge center, expanded Products section and expanded Parts & Services sections, we are providing you with more information than ever. This website is dynamic in nature and will constantly be evolving. As we make changes to our products or find better ways to communicate information, we have the ability to update this website in real time.
Part of improving our communications comes from getting feedback from you, the customer. Our new website has been live for a month now so let us know what you think. What do you like about the website? Dislike? Want to see something new or different? Having trouble finding something? Let your voice be heard!

Tom Rhoads (April 30, 2010, 10:00 am) Hate the new site. The old site format offered all the consulting engineer needed in a very efficient format. This new site format was an unneeded change. I guess it gives me the opportunity to call my local rep more often.

For example, the Series 3000 CAD Content can be found under Products > Cooling Towers > Series 3000 > CAD Content. Right now, we are also in the process of creating a separate drawings database which will be in the Knowledge Center. This new database will include Revit Content in addition to the dwg and pdf files we currently offer. If you ever have trouble finding anything else in the future, please let us know!

HoweKool (April 30, 2010, 12:13 pm) We are very sorry that you have not had a positive experience so far with the site. Our goal is to make everyone's experience a favorable one. While the new site is structurally different from the old site, the new site has much more usable content, a search feature, and the ability to download content without filling out forms. We are in the process of designing new and improved areas of the site and this will continue as an ongoing process making our site a living and breathing extension of BAC. If there are specific instances or items you are having problems with please feel free to contact me at marcom@baltimoreaircoil.com and I will be glad to help make your experience a more positive one, or possibly shed light on something that may be coming in the near future that will address you concerns. You can also call your local representative Imbert International at 847-588-3170 at any time and they can assist you with all of your cooling tower needs.
