BACount® Counterflow Fill Bundles

BACount® Fill is the original equipment fill used in CTI Certified BAC counterflow cooling towers. It is a high efficiency design available in complete kits for all BAC counterflow towers. Its high thermal performance makes BACount® Fill an ideal replacement fill for earlier generation BAC counterflow towers that had steel, MNA, or wave form PVC fill as original equipment. The kits are complete with all necessary supports and hardware and the fill is supplied as easy-to-handle bundles.
For added performance and ease of installation, BACount® Fill is also available in a complete new casing section. Simply lift the old casing off and install the new larger casing. Specify new, large orifice spray nozzles to provide optimum fill wetting, resulting in the highest thermal performance and reduced scaling tendencies.
BAC Maintenance Tip
Maintain or increase thermal capacity in all BAC counterflow cooling towers with BACount® Fill Bundle Kits. They offer the same efficient heat transfer surface as currently supplied in new BAC towers, in an easy-to-install bundled configuration.
